RC5 around for a while now
GeekTool RC5 is available for a while now, and few bugs were reported, leading us to a beautiful 3.0 release !
I'm waiting for a couple of feedback and I'll release 3.0 soon
RC1 is out !
This release is a first atempt to deliver a stable version. Meaning all submitted bugs are fixed, and important features delivered.
Unless other bugs are detected (which is not impossible since this release will be more widely adopted) this is like final.
GeekTool 3 is getting close to RC !
The first final candidate of GeekTool is planned to be released sometimes in the next weeks.
A couple of bugs remains to be fixed, but most of the features are implemented.
Once RC1 status is decided, no more features will be included, and all bugs should be fixed.
The purpose of a Release Candidate is to widespread the announce on internet so early adopters can stress this version and (enventually) report problems and bug they could catch.
So, if you are actually testing nightly builds and you are aware of unfixed, and unreported bugs, please report NOW !
